航空发动机气固液三相分离器的数值模拟分析

为研究气固液三相分离器结构尺寸对油液净化效果的影响,基于流体动力学的数值模拟,通过DPM模型和磁场模型研究了油液分离器结构尺寸对于滑油中铁屑的捕捉能力和油气的分离能力的影响,并对其结构尺寸进行优化。结果表明:当分离器主体直径为65 mm、锥度角为20°时,分离器的综合分离效果最好。
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Gas-solid-liquid Three-phase Separator for Aero-engine
In order to study the influence of the structure size of the gas-solid-liquid three-phase separator on the oil purification effect,based on the numerical simulation of hydrodynamics,the influence of the structure size of the oil separator on the capture ability of iron filings in lubricating oil and the separation ability of oil and gas was studied by DPM model and magnetic field model,and its structure size was optimized.The results show that the comprehensive separation effect of the separator is the best when the diameter of the main body of the separator is 65mm and the taper angle is 20°.
