以某钢厂热轧生产线上在用的夹钳起重机为研究对象,通过对桥架端梁腹板裂纹进行静强度有限元分析和满载状态下应力检测及剩余寿命进行估算,对设备运行现状安全性作出评价,不仅可有效保证起重机工作的安全性和可靠性,同时及为设备的计划性维修和更新换代提供技术依据。
Crack Analysis and Stress Detection of Web Plate of End Beam of Clamp Crane and Fatigue Life Study
Taking the in-use clamp crane on the hot rolling line of a steel mill as the object of study,through the static strength finite element analysis of the bridge end beam web cracks and stress detection under full load condition and remaining life estimation,the safety of the current operation status of the equipment is evaluated,which can not only effectively ensure the safety and reliability of the crane work,but also provide a technical basis for the planned maintenance and upgrading of the equipment.
