摘要

红外甲烷传感器是目前煤矿安全监控系统最重要的感知设备之一,对于及时预警瓦斯含量变化,避免瓦斯突出和爆炸事故发挥着重要作用,需定期送检保证其监测结果的准确性.为了评价实验室检验数据的质量,提供了一种针对煤矿用红外甲烷传感器示值误差的不确定度评定方法和步骤,按照标准要求给出了不同测量点的不确定度,经验证表明,实验室的示值误差检验结果是可靠和满足要求的.

Abstract

Infrared methane transducer is one of the most important sensing devices in supervision system of coal mine safety at present,it plays an important role in warning of changes in gas content timely,avoiding gas outburst and explosion.regular inspection is required to ensure the accuracy of its monitoring results.To evaluate the quality of laboratory test data,this paper provides an overview of method and procedure for evaluation ofuncertainty of indication error for infrared methane transducer used in coal mine,according to the standard requirements,the uncertainty of different measuring points is given,the experimental results show that the laboratory test results of indication error are reliable and meet the requirements.
