为解决传统通风机切换过程中工作面风速波动明显、瓦斯积聚或超限频发等问题,在对主通风机切换方案分析的基础上,对通风机的工况点和性能曲线进行研究,提出了通风机不停机切换方案及相应控制流程,并将其与工作面风速及瓦斯浓度改善情况进行对比,取得了理想的效果。
Research on Non-Stop Control of Switching System of Main Ventilation Fan in Coal Mine
In order to solve the phenomena such as obvious fluctuation of working face wind speed and frequent gas accumulation or over-limit problem caused by the switching process of traditional ventilator,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of main ventilator switching program,researching on the working condition point and performance curve of ventilator,we put forward the ventilator switching program without stopping and the corresponding control process,and comparing the improvement of working face wind speed and gas concentration,and achieved the ideal effect.The improvement of wind speed and gas concentration in the working face is compared,and the ideal effect is achieved.
