Structural Design Calibration and Finite Element Simulation of Coal Mine Hydraulic Directional Drilling Rig Slewing Machine
Taking the structure of hydraulic directional drilling rig rotator as the research object,the structure was designed by analysing its transmission principle,and the rotator components were selected and checked for strength to meet the needs of underground production.Finally,the slewer and its transmission system were analysed by finite element simulation,and the dynamic characteristics of the designed slewer were verified from the perspectives of ultimate load and dynamic load effect.
