Structural Mechanical Analysis of Cutting Heads of Mining Longitudinal Shaft TBMs
Taking EBZ150A longitudinal shaft TBM as an example,a simulation and analysis method for the structural mechanics of TBM cutting head is introduced.The three-dimensional geometric model of the cutting head was constructed by SolidWorks software,and the structural changes of the cutting head under different rock conditions were analyzed by ANSYS software to confirm the influence of different load conditions on the cutting head structure,and then the application value of the cutting head structural mechanics simulation analysis method was verified through engineering applications,aiming to provide a method reference for the optimization design of the cutting head structure of the subsequent mining longitudinal axis TBM.
