为进一步探究板式液压支架在偏载工况下运行中可能存在的不利因素,以ZY4000型板式液压支架为研究对象,对其建立三维模型,并应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行静力学分析,通过仿真分析明确其应力值偏高部位。而后根据仿真分析结果,提出较具针对性的优化改进措施,在优化改进后的测试结果中显示,应力值偏高的问题得到了有效改善,表明该次静力学分析与优化工作取得了初步进展,可为后续的液压支架优化提供一定的参考借鉴。
Static Analysis of ZT4000 Plate Hydraulic Support under Partial Load Condition
In order to further investigate the unfavourable factors that may exist in the operation of plate hydraulic bracket under partial load condition,the article takes ZY4000 plate hydraulic bracket as the research object,establishes a three-dimensional model of it,and applies ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry out static analysis on it,and makes clear the parts of the stress value that are high through simulation analysis.According to the results of simulation analysis,the optimization and improvement measures are proposed,and the test results after optimization and improvement show that the problem of high stress value has been effectively improved,which indicates that preliminary progress has been made in this static analysis and optimization work,and it can provide certain reference for the subsequent optimization of hydraulic bracket.
