基于安全阀压力梯度理论,介绍一种适用于煤矿弹簧式液压支架安全阀的仿真分析方法。此方法主要采用AMESim软件构建安全阀仿真模型,并根据模型实施安全阀内部结构仿真安全阀冲击加载试验系统仿真。为验证液压支架安全阀仿真分析方法的应用效果,将仿真分析方法与安全阀冲击压力安全性试验进行匹配对比,根据对比分析结果确认仿真分析方法具有较强应用可行性。
Simulation and Experimental Study on the Performance Analysis of Coal Mine Hydraulic Support Safety Valve
Based on the pressure gradient theory of safety valve,a simulation and analysis method is introduced for spring-type hydraulic support safety valve in coal mine.This method mainly adopts AMESim software to construct the safety valve simulation model,and according to the model to implement the internal structure simulation of the safety valve safety valve impact loading test system simulation.In order to verify the application effect of the simulation analysis method of the hydraulic support safety valve,the simulation analysis method is matched and compared with the safety valve impact pressure safety test,and the results of the comparison analysis confirm that the simulation analysis method has a strong application feasibility.
