液压支架液压系统动态特性分析

为实现乳化液泵站的实时、稳压控制,快速推进煤矿工作面,建立了支架液压系统整体模型,分析其动态特征,单台液压支架完成升柱、降柱及拉架的平均速度依次是0。11 m/s、0。058 m/s和0。083 m/s,时间依次是8 s、3。12 s和4。5 s,液压支架移架工作时间是15。62 s,满足液压支架跟机移架时间;并进一步分析当两台支架插架移架时,可明显提升支架的移架速度、升柱时的支护除撑力。
Analysis and Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic Bracket Hydraulic System
In order to realize the real-time and stable pressure control of emulsion pumping station,and to rapidly advance the working face of coal mine,the overall model of hydraulic system of bracket is established,and its dynamic characteristics are analysed.The average speed of a single hydraulic bracket to complete the lifting,lowering and pulling of columns and frames is 0.11 m/s,0.058 m/s and 0.083 m/s,and the time is 8 s,3.12 s and 4.5 s in order,and the working time of hydraulic bracket to move frame is 15.62 s,which meets the time of hydraulic bracket to follow the machine to move frame.The time is 15.62 s,which meets the time of hydraulic bracket moving with the machine;and further analyses when the two brackets are inserted to move the bracket,it can obviously improve the speed of bracket moving,and the support de-supporting force when the column is lifted.
