为进一步探究煤矿对旋轴流通风机设备可能的优化路径,从振动响应分析的角度着手,对煤矿轴流通风机流场进行仿真分析,通过分析压力-时间变化情况,探究不同轴向间隙和径向间隙对煤矿对旋轴流通风机的振动响应特征。并根据分析结果,确定了较为合理的轴向间隙与径向间隙取值范围,以期为后续的对旋轴流通风机优化设计提供更多参考借鉴。
Analysis of Vibration Response Characteristics of Rotary Axial Flow Fan in a Coal Mine
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of anti-rotating fan equipment in coal mine,this study started from the perspective of vibration response analysis and carried out simulation analysis on the flow field of axial fan in coal mine.By analyzing the pressure-time change,it explored how different axial clearance and radial clearance affected the vibration response characteristics of anti-rotating fan in coal mine.Based on the analysis results,a reasonable value range of axial clearance and radial clearance is determined,in order to provide more reference for the subsequent optimization design of counter-rotating axial fan.
