基于物料因素影响下的托辊压陷阻力研究

根据实际圆管输送机规格尺寸在ABAQUS中建立仿真动力学模型,考虑9种不同物料填充率下的托辊压陷阻力,拟合出关于正压力的表达式;基于6种不同物料密度影响下压陷阻力变化规律得出压陷阻力的拟合公式;归纳出压陷阻力关于正压力的表达式。选择其他影响因素数值带入表达式验证压陷阻力表达式准确度,发现最大误差为3。28%,表明建立的压陷阻力表达式有着较高的准确性。
Research on Idler Collapse Resistance under the Influence of Material Factors
Collapse resistance is the basis for studying conveyor energy loss,and the collapse resistance between the conveyor belt and the idler accounts for more than 60%of the running resistance,so it is of great significance to carry out the conveyor belt collapse resistance.Firstly,a simulation kinetic model is established in Abaqus according to the specifications and dimensions of the actual round pipe conveyor.Secondly,considering the idler collapse resistance under the filling rate of nine different materials,the expression on positive pressure is fitted.Based on the variation law of collapse resistance under the influence of six different material densities,the fitting formula of collapse resistance was obtained.Summarize the expression of collapse resistance with respect to positive pressure;Finally,other influencing factor values are selected to verify the accuracy of the collapse resistance expression,and the maximum error is 3.28%,indicating that the established collapse resistance expression has high accuracy.
