为探究通风机叶片安装角对风机性能的影响,以煤矿FBD型对旋局部通风机为研究对象,分析其对风机关键部件叶轮的力学性能和振动特性的影响。结果显示,增大叶片安装角将导致叶轮应力和应变上升,同时对振动特性影响不显著。该研究可为后续的叶片安装工作提供一定的参考借鉴。
Analysis of the Influence of the Blade Installation Angle of FBD-type Counter-Rotating Local Ventilation Fan in Coal Mine
In order to investigate the influence of the installation angle of ventilator blades on the performance of the fan,the FBD-type counter-rotating local ventilator in coal mine is taken as the research object,and its influence on the mechanical properties and vibration characteristics of the impeller,which is the key component of the fan,is analysed.The results show that increasing the blade mounting angle will lead to an increase in the impeller stress and strain,while the effect on the vibration characteristics is not significant.This study can provide some reference for the subsequent blade installation work.
