High-Efficiency Dust Reduction Technology and Experimental Research on Digging Face
This paper anlalyzes the principle of spraying dust reduction technology,designs comprehensive spraying dust reduction scheme for digging face,including the design of dust reduction of cutting head of roadheader,dust reduction of belt conveyor and dust reduction scheme of return alley,etc.Combined with the actual deployment of dust concentration test points on the site,and the applicability analysis of the dust reduction scheme,it was found that the efficiency of the dust removal of each test point can reach more than 80％,which is very effective.
