摘要
分析喷雾降尘技术原理,进行掘进面综合喷雾降尘方案设计,包括掘进机截割头降尘、带式输送机降尘以及回风巷降尘方案设计等,并结合现场实际布设粉尘浓度测试点位,对降尘方案进行适用性分析,结果发现各测点除尘效率可达80%以上,效果显著.
Abstract
This paper anlalyzes the principle of spraying dust reduction technology,designs comprehensive spraying dust reduction scheme for digging face,including the design of dust reduction of cutting head of roadheader,dust reduction of belt conveyor and dust reduction scheme of return alley,etc.Combined with the actual deployment of dust concentration test points on the site,and the applicability analysis of the dust reduction scheme,it was found that the efficiency of the dust removal of each test point can reach more than 80%,which is very effective.
