采煤机截割部截齿受力的变化分析

摘要
采煤机是进行煤矿自动化机械生产的重要设备,采煤机滚筒截割中截齿的受力作用较大,对截齿的使用寿命及磨损较大.针对截割部截齿的受力作用采用仿真计算的形式,分析不同因素对截齿受力的影响作用,从而在满足开采效率的同时,选取合适的参数,减小对截齿的截割力作用,从而提高截齿的使用寿命,减少截齿的更换修复时间,提高采煤机的截割效率.
Abstract
Coal mining machine is an important equipment for the automated production of coal mine machinery,and the force on the cutting teeth in the drum cutting of the coal mining machine is large,which has a large impact on the service life and abrasion of the cutting teeth.The simulation calculation is used to analyse the impact of different factors on the force on the teeth,so as to select suitable parameters to reduce the cutting force on the teeth while meeting the mining efficiency,thus improving the service life of the teeth,reducing the replacement and repair time of the teeth,and improving the cutting efficiency of the coal mining machine.
