往复式瓦斯压缩机的节能技术及工况实验研究

为解决往复式压缩机在实际工作中由于温度、压力以及介质组分发生变化而导致设备工作不稳定、能耗增加的问题,在对往复式压缩机节能技术展开分析研究的基础上,以DW-42/(0。4-1。4)-X往复式压缩机为例,对实际工况数据进行调研分析,并建立实验平台对工况参数进行测试,所得的结论将指导往复式压缩机节能控制系统的设计。
Experimental Study on Energy-Saving Technology and Working Conditions of Reciprocating Gas Compressor
In order to solve the problem of unstable operation and increased energy consumption of reciprocating compressor due to the changes of temperature,pressure and media components,based on the analysis and research of energy-saving technology of reciprocating compressor,DW-42/(0.4-1.4)-X reciprocating compressor is taken as an example to investigate and analyse the data of the actual working conditions,and set up an experimental platform to test the working condition parameters,and the conclusions will guide the energy-saving control system of reciprocating compressor.The conclusions will guide the design of energy-saving control system for reciprocating compressors.
