Positioning Test Study of Intelligent Integrated Mining Face Coal Miner
In order to solve the problem of inaccurate positioning of coal mining machine affecting its intelligent and automated mining effect,on the basis of a simple study of the basic structure and working mode of coal mining machine,an inertial navigation and positioning method is proposed based on the Drosophila optimization Kalman filter algorithm as the core of the inertial sensors arranged differentially, and finally, through the construction of a test platform for the coal mining machine, the effect of the initial position calibration, the effect of the attitude positioning and the effect of the position location is verified, and ideal results are achieved for the coal mining machine.Verification is carried out and ideal results are achieved, which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent advancement of the implementation of intelligent positioning function of coal mining machine.
