摘要

为解决带式输送机装载点粉尘浓度过高影响工作人员身心健康和设备正常工作的问题,在对喷雾降尘原理分析的基础上,初步完成了喷嘴结构尺寸的设计,并通过构建雾化效果评估试验对喷嘴的厚度和旋流室锥角进行优化设计;对所设计喷嘴结构在现场的降尘效果进行试验评估,得出在距离装载点4 m位置的降尘效果,满足国家标准要求.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration at the loading point of the belt conveyor,which affects the physical and mental health of the personnel and the normal work of the equipment,based on the analysis of the principle of dust reduction by spraying,we have completed the preliminary design of the nozzle structure size and optimized the design of the thickness of the nozzle and the cone angle of the cyclone chamber through the construction of the evaluation test of the fogging effect;and we have carried out a test and evaluation of the dust reduction effect of the designed nozzle structure in the field.The test evaluation of the dust reduction effect of the designed nozzle structure in the field shows that the dust reduction effect at the position of 4 m from the loading point meets the requirements of the national standard.
