为解决传统煤层气往复式压缩机气量调节系统所存在的能耗大、运行效率低的问题,在对压缩机无级气量调节原理分析的基础上,对当前局部行程的无级气量调节系统所存在的问题进行总结,重点提出了无级气量调节系统液压站、蓄能器等设计思路。对所设计的无级气量调节系统的密封性能和执行机构响应性能进行测试。
Realisation of Energy-Saving Function of Stepless Gas Volume Adjustment of Coalbed Methane Compressor
In order to solve the problems of large energy consumption and low operating efficiency of the traditional coal bed methane reciprocating compressor gas volume adjustment system,based on the analysis of the principle of stepless gas volume adjustment of the compressor,we summarise the problems of the current stepless gas volume adjustment system of the local stroke,and focus on the design of the stepless gas volume adjustment system,such as the hydraulic station,accumulator and other design ideas.Finally,the sealing performance and actuator response performance of the designed stepless gas volume control system are tested.
