摘要
通过设计一款带式输送机装载除尘装置,缓解综采工作面带式输送机运行过程中转载点粉尘浓度大、煤矸转载冲击砸断皮带、皮带跑偏等问题.通过现场测试应用,转载点粉尘质量浓度由132 mg/m3减少至45 mg/m3,输送皮带跑偏、断带故障大幅减少,实用效果显著.
Abstract
A belt conveyor loading and dust removal device is designed to alleviate the problems of high dust concentration at the transfer point,impact of coal gangue transfer breaking the belt,and belt deflection during the operation of the belt conveyor in the comprehensive mining face.Through the application of field test,the dust concentration at the transfer point is reduced from 132 mg/m3 to 45 mg/m3,and the faults of conveyor belt deflection and belt breakage are greatly reduced,with remarkable practical effect.
