为了解决传统煤质检测装置破碎机构搅拌叶的水平转动对煤的破碎程度有限,对煤质检测精度的影响,基于前人研究设计了一款新型煤质在线检测装置,首先给出了煤质在线检测装置整体结构设计方案,同时对设计的煤质检测装置运行原理及运行方式进行阐述,通过应用确定了优化设计的煤质在线检测系统的优越性,为煤质检测装置进一步优化提供一定的理论依据,为企业降本增效作出贡献。
Optimised Design of On-Line Coal Quality Testing Device
In order to solve the traditional coal quality testing device crushing mechanism of the horizontal rotation of the stirring blade on the coal crushing degree is limited,the impact of coal quality testing accuracy,based on previous research designed a new coal quality online testing device,first of all gives the overall structure of the coal quality online testing device design scheme,at the same time on the design of the coal quality testing device operating principle and operation mode is described,through the application of the optimised design to determine the superiority of the coal quality online testing system.Through the application,it determines the superiority of the optimised online coal quality detection system,provides certain theoretical basis for the further optimisation of the coal quality detection device,and makes certain contribution to the cost reduction and efficiency of the enterprise.
