综掘机截割部混合动力系统的设计与仿真分析

为解决综掘机传动动力传动系统在遇到煤岩条件突变工况时对系统零部件冲击较大且能量利用率低的问题,提出了混合动力传动系统的总体方案,并根据实际工况具体设计了液压系统中蓄能器和液压马达的选型,机械系统中扭矩耦合齿轮的参数;基于AMESim软件对混合动力传动系统的性能进行了验证,达到了预期的效果。
Design and Simulation Analysis of Hybrid Power System for Cutting Section of IMM Machine
In order to solve the problem of large impact on the system components and low energy utilization rate of the power transmission system of the synthesizer when encountering the sudden change of coal and rock conditions,the overall scheme of the hybrid power transmission system is proposed,and the selection of accumulator and hydraulic motor in the hydraulic system and the parameters of torque-coupled gears in the mechanical system are specifically designed according to the actual conditions;finally,the performance of the hybrid power transmission system is verified based on the AMESim software,which achieves the expected results.Finally,based on AMESim software,the performance of the hybrid drive system was verified,and the expected effect was achieved.
