摘要

基于现有带式输送机存在防逆风装置漏风量大、挡风帘撕裂破损频繁且存在安全隐患,更换风帘困难繁琐等问题,设计出一种新型带式输送机过风门防逆风装置,并在新型带式输送机过风门防逆风装置进行现场安装应用测试,从现阶段运行情况来看,新型装置优化设计方案合理,应用效果也比较好,漏风量大幅减少,经济效益显著.

Abstract

Based on the existing belt conveyor,there exists a large amount of wind leakage in the backdraft prevention device,frequent tearing and damage of the windbreak curtains and the existence of safety hazards,and the replacement of the curtains is difficult and cumbersome and other status quo,a new type of belt conveyor overwind door backdraft prevention device is designed,and a new type of belt conveyor overwind door backdraft prevention device is installed and applied for testing on-site,and the new type of device has a reasonable optimization design scheme and a better application effect from the current operation situation.From the current stage of operation,the optimised design of the new device is reasonable,and the application effect is relatively good,the air leakage is greatly reduced,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
