Design and Application Technology of Underground Multifunctional Overhaul Vehicle
Through the introduction of the highly mechanised mine drainage pump room of the actual maintenance situation,focusing on the current maintenance process of the existing shortcomings,specifically proposed to improve the program,design a suitable for the use of underground maintenance walking lifting device-underground multi-functional maintenance vehicle.The structural principle of the device is elaborated,and the main parameters of the product are finally determined through necessary mechanical analyses,and the safety performance of the product is provided with strong data support.The application of this product greatly improves the overhaul condition of the traditional pump house,saves manpower,shortens the working period,and creates favourable conditions for the development of mine mechanization.
