随钻测井仪器热装套出现了开裂的情况,热装套开裂后会丧失用于固定其相邻部件的轴向摩擦力,可能导致相邻的扶正器串动造成重大的安全隐患。针对两个典型开裂案例,从材料本身状态即内因,以及腐蚀环境、过盈量、工况等外因进行分析,并提出了四项改进措施,分别为改变材料的热处理状态提高材料韧性;减小过盈量降低热装套最大应力,同时增加止退结构;提高热装温度降低加热对材料状态的影响;严格控制尺寸精度避免出现受力不均匀的情况。对新结构的热装套进行了设计计算,并对实际结构进行了推力验证,改进后的热装套在井下累计长时间作业未出现开裂情况,证明达到设计要求。
Design Improvement of Hot Sleeve of LWD Tool
The hot casing of LWD tool is cracked,after the hot sleeve is cracked,the axial friction used to fix its adjacent parts will be lost,which may cause the adjacent centralizers to move in axial direction and cause major safety hazards.In this paper,two typical cracking cases are analyzed from the material state,corrosion environment,interference,working condition and other external factors.Four improvement measures are proposed.The first measure is to change the heat treatment state of the material and improve the toughness of the material;the second measure is to reduce the interference and reduce the maximum stress of the hot sleeve,at the same time,the stop structure is added;the third measure is to increase the hot charging temperature and reduce the influence of heating on the material state;the fourth measure is to strictly control the dimensional accuracy to avoid uneven stress.The design calculation of the new structure's hot sleeve are carried out,and the thrust of the actual structure is verified.The improved hot casing has been operated for a long time in the well without cracking,which proves that it meets the design requirements.
