制丝公用排潮双冗余系统的设计与应用

为减少烟草制叶丝工序因总排潮引起的设备误停机问题,从总排潮与烘丝机通信进行分析,探讨造成通信信号丢失的原因,一是对排潮通信故障进行报警,二是设计电信号与网络信号对总排潮启动的冗余控制功能,三是设计排潮运行反馈电信号与网络信号的冗余功能,避免因网络信号瞬间丢失造成的烘丝机设备停机。在此基础上,首次提出并实现程序通信控制和信号线硬连接控制的双系统冗余控制,达到烘丝段设备能够准确地对排潮设备进行启停控制的目的,并最终达到:总排潮正常运行率100%;避免总排潮运行反馈网络信号瞬间丢失造成的烘丝机设备停机;设备运行稳定,解决了工艺指标不合格造成的设备误停机。
Design and Application of Double Redundancy System for Public Tide Discharging from Tobacco Leaf Silk
In order to reduce the problem of equipment shutdown caused by total drainage of tide in tobacco leaf silk making process,the reason of communication signal loss is analyzed from the communication between the main drain tide and the drying machine,The first is to alarm the tide discharge communication failure,The second is to design the redundant control function of electrical signal and network signal to start the total tide discharge,Thirdly,the redundant function of feedback signal and network signal in tide drainage operation is designed to avoid the shutdown of the drying machine due to the instantaneous loss of network signal,The double system redundancy control of program communication control and hard-connected signal line control is proposed and realized for the first time to achieve the purpose that the drying equipment can accurately and accurately control the tide removal equipment.The results show that:1)The normal operation rate of total tide discharge is 100%;2)The machine stop caused by the instantaneous loss of the feedback network signal of the general tide discharge operation is avoided;3)The equipment runs stably and solves the wrong shutdown caused by unqualified process index.
