选煤厂粗精泥分选系统优化改造研究

选煤厂现有的粗煤泥分选系统存在一定程度的精煤灰分超标、尾矿跑煤问题,影响选煤厂精煤产品质量并制约生产效益。分析选煤厂粗煤泥分选系统现状,从降低粗煤泥入料中高灰细泥含量、提高粗煤泥分选系统分选及脱泥效率等方面确定粗煤泥分选系统优化改造方案,具体改造方案为:采用1台FX1000分级旋流器代替原有2台Φ500 mm分选旋流器、用TCS智能粗煤泥分选机代替TBS分选机、用智能振网弧形筛代替击打式弧形筛。现场应用后,粗煤泥分选系统洗选效果得以明显提升,有效降低了精煤灰分以及精煤产率,取得较好的优化改造效果。
Optimisation and Modification of Coarse and Fine Sludge Separation System in Coal Preparation Plant
The existing coarse slurry sorting system of the coal preparation plant has the problems of excessive ash content in the coal concentrate and running coal in the tailings to a certain extent,which affects the quality of the coal concentrate and restricts the production efficiency.Analyse the current situation of coarse coal slurry sorting system in the coal preparation plant,and determine the optimization and transformation scheme of coarse coal slurry sorting system from the aspects of reducing the content of high ash and fine sludge in the coarse coal slurry feed,improving the efficiency of the coarse coal slurry sorting system sorting and desliming,etc.The specific transformation scheme is as follows:adopt 1 set of FX1000 grading cyclone to replace the original 2 sets of φ500 mm sorting cyclone,replace the TBS sorter with TCS intelligent coarse coal slurry sorter,replace the TBS sorter with intelligent vibrating mesh arc sieve,and replace the TBS sorter with intelligent vibrating mesh arc sieve.TCS intelligent coarse coal slurry sorting machine is used to replace TBS sorting machine,and intelligent vibrating arc screen is used to replace striking arc screen.After the field application,the washing effect of the coarse coal slurry sorting system can be obviously improved,and the ash content of the fine coal and the fine coal yield can be effectively reduced,which achieves a better effect of optimisation and transformation.
