综放工作面沿空留巷工艺和支护参数优化

为提高煤炭资源回采率、缓解矿井采掘接替紧张问题,提出将沿空留巷技术应用到3503轨道顺槽中,将巷道保留下来为邻近的采面生产服务。针对留巷段顶板及帮帮变形量大问题,提出采用锚索补强+巷旁充填方式对留巷工艺及支护参数进行优化,现场应用后,3503轨道顺槽留巷段锚杆、锚索及混凝土挡墙等受力较为均衡,支护体系未有失效情况,巷道顶底板、两帮最大收敛量分别为105 mm、73 mm,围岩变形量整体较小,取得较好优化效果。
Optimisation of the Process and Support Parameters for the Retention of the Tunnel along the Open Space of a General-Purpose Working Face
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and alleviate the problem of mining succession tension,it is proposed to apply the technology of retaining the roadway along the air to the 3503 trackway,so that the roadway can be retained to serve the production of the neighbouring mining face.For the problem of large deformation of the top plate and gangs in the reserved section,it is proposed to adopt the anchor cable reinforcement+roadside filling method to optimize the process and support parameters of the reserved roadway,and after the field application,the force of anchor rods,anchor cables and concrete retaining walls in the reserved section of the 3503 trackway is more balanced,and there is no failure of the support system,and the maximum convergence of the top and bottom plates of the roadway and the two gangs is 105 mm and 73 mm,respectively,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is small,achieving a good optimization effect.The overall deformation of surrounding rock is small,and a good optimisation effect is achieved.
