Aiming at the problem of poor quality of shear products due to the unreasonable structural parameters of shearer,which leads to large or small gap between upper and lower blades,we search for the root cause on the basis of stress and displacement test of shearer under normal working condition;and then optimize the structural parameters of the upper blade frame and lower blade working platform based on numerical simulation,and carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of optimisation.
