摘要
通过分析减速器密封结构组成,依据其结构特征,提出了减速器漏油故障的预防处理措施,并对减速器通气罩、伸出轴密封处进行了优化.通过实践验证发现,减速器设备使用寿命大幅提高,避免了因漏油量过大造成减速器啮合齿轮的磨损破坏,甚至出现短轴停机故障,保障减速器设备的平稳运行.
Abstract
By analysing the structural composition of the reducer seal,based on its structural characteristics,we put forward the preventive measures to deal with the oil leakage failure of the reducer,and optimize the reducer ventilation cover and the sealing place of the protruding shaft.Through practical verification found that the service life of the reducer equipment is greatly improved,avoiding the wear and tear damage of the reducer meshing gears caused by excessive oil leakage,and even short-shaft shutdown faults,to ensure the smooth operation of the reducer equipment.
