矿井移动式膜分离制氮自动控制系统设计与研究

Design and Research on Automatic Control System for Nitrogen Production by Mine Mobile Membrane Separation

为提高煤矿制氮系统智能化程度,减少制氮过程中问题发生率,实现制氮系统自主化和独立化,利用移动式膜下分离制氮工艺,设计了以PLC为基础的制氮控制系统方法.通过对自动控制器的硬件与软件两个维度进行系统设计与研究,结果显示,制氮自动控制系统装置可以根据传感器采集到的目标参数值进行检测与处理,实时地智能控制制氮进程,有效地减少运维工作投入力度,简化制氮人工操作步骤,保障设备安全有效地制造所需氮气,提高了制氮效率.
In order to improve the intelligence of the coal mine nitrogen production system,reduce the incidence of problems in the nitrogen production process,and realize the autonomy and independence of the nitrogen production system.The nitrogen production control system method based on PLC is designed by using the mobile nitrogen production process under the membrane separation.Through the system design and research on the hardware and software of the automatic controller,the results show that the nitrogen production automatic control system device can detect and process according to the target parameter values collected by the sensor,and intelligently control the nitrogen production process in real time.It can greatly reduce the investment in operation and maintenance work,simplify the manual operation steps of nitrogen production,ensure that the equipment can safely and effectively produce the required nitrogen,and improve the nitrogen production efficiency.
