煤矿综掘工作面刮板输送机的自适应控制研究与应用

针对目前某矿面临的刮板输送机自动化控制程度低、直线度精度差的问题,提出了一种基于模糊自适应PID控制的刮板输送机直线度控制方法,深入分析了误差产生原因,针对性地设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,并采用Matlab软件对刮板输送机的直线度控制方法的性能进行了仿真验证,在实际的工作面进行工业验证,最终的结果表明,设计的刮板输送机直线度控制方法完成了中部槽的位置预测和调整工作,且其整体直线度保持提升近15%,反映位置误差处于±1。2 cm范围内,为工作面设备智能化改革提供借鉴。
Research and Application of Adaptive Control of Scraper Conveyor in Coal Mine Comprehensive Digging Face
Aiming at the low degree of automation control of scraper conveyor and poor straightness accuracy faced by a mine at present,a straightness control method of scraper conveyor based on fuzzy adaptive PID control is proposed,the causes of error are analysed in-depth,the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed for the purpose,and the performance of straightness control method of scraper conveyor is simulated and verified by Matlab software,and finally industrial verification is carried out at the actual working face.Simulation verification,industrial verification in the actual working face,the final results show that:the designed scraper conveyor straightness control method to complete the position prediction and adjustment of the central groove,and its overall straightness to maintain the enhancement of nearly 15%,and reflect the position error in the range of±1.2 cm for the intelligent reform of the working face equipment to provide reference.
