煤矿井下刮板输送机链条张紧力检测系统研究

构建一种刮板输送机刮板链张紧力检测系统,该系统采用应变片实现刮板链张紧力持续检测、通过无线方式通信,同时通过压电俘能装置为张紧力检测、通信设备提供稳定供电,解决传统电池供电面临的使用时间短、适应性不强等问题。对链条张紧力检测系统整体结构、应变片布置以及压电俘能装置结构等进行详细分析。以31301综采工作面SGZ1000/1710刮板输送机为研究对象,对张紧力检测系统布置以及应用效果进行探讨,现场应用后,该张紧力检测系统可实现刮板链张紧力实时检测,检测结构与应力计检测结果相近,可满足刮板链张紧力高效检测需要。
Research on Chain Tension Detection System of Scraper Conveyor in Underground Coal Mine
A scraper conveyor chain tension force detection system is constructed,which adopts strain gauges to achieve continuous detection of the tension force of the scraper chain,and communicates wirelessly,and at the same time provides stable power supply for the tension force detection and communication equipment through the piezoelectric captive energy device to solve the problems faced by the traditional battery power supply,such as the short use of time and the lack of strong adaptability.The overall structure of the chain tension force detection system,the strain gauge arrangement and the structure of the piezoelectric capture device are analysed in detail.Taking 31301 comprehensive mining face SGZ1000/1710 scraper conveyor as an example,the arrangement of the tension force detection system and the application effect are discussed,and the tension force detection system can realise real-time detection of the tension force of the scraper chain after on-site application,the detection structure is similar to the results of the stress gauges,and it can satisfy the needs of efficient detection of the tension force of the scraper chain.
