带式输送机智能变频系统应用分析

摘要
随着煤矿采掘范围及产能的不断增加,带式输送机铺设距离、装机功率及能耗等均不断增大,是现阶段煤矿井下主要能耗设备.为提高带式输送机使用效率并降低能耗水平,在对带式输送机变频控制分析的基础上,提出了基于煤流监测的带式输送机智能变频系统.对智能变频系统架构、煤流监测及智能调速流程等进行分析,并提出综合煤流量、功率的智能调速策略.经现场应用后,构建的智能变频系统运行平稳,在降低带式输送机能耗及磨损方面效果显著.
Abstract
With the continuous increase of coal mining scope and production capacity,the laying distance,installed power and energy consumption of belt conveyor are increasing,which is the main energy consumption equipment in underground coal mine at this stage.In order to improve the efficiency of belt conveyor and reduce the level of energy consumption,an intelligent frequency conversion system for belt conveyor based on coal flow monitoring is proposed on the basis of the analysis of belt conveyor frequency conversion control.The intelligent frequency conversion system architecture,coal flow monitoring and intelligent speed control process are analysed,and the intelligent speed control strategy with integrated coal flow and power is proposed.After field application,the constructed intelligent frequency conversion system operates smoothly and is effective in reducing energy consumption and wear of belt conveyor.
