刮板输送机自动化控制系统的应用研究

针对刮板输送机可控启动装置的控制程序复杂、反应速度慢、调节精确性差的问题,提出了一种新型的刮板输送机自动化控制系统,该系统应用模糊PID控制逻辑实现了对刮板输送机运行状态的高效、精确控制。根据利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析软件的仿真分析结果表明,该控制系统能够实现刮板输送机的平稳启动及功率平衡控制,将调速时间缩短44。7%以上,将两个电机运行时的功率偏差降低50%。
Application Research on Automatic Control System of Scraper Conveyor
Aiming at the problems of complex control procedure,slow reaction speed and poor accuracy of regulation of the controllable starting device of scraper conveyor,a new type of automation control system of scraper conveyor is proposed,and the fuzzy PID control logic is applied to realise the efficient and accurate control of the running state of the scraper conveyor.According to the simulation and analysis results using MATLAB/Simulink simulation and analysis software,the control system is able to achieve smooth startup and power balance control of the scraper conveyor,shorten the speed regulation time by more than 44.7%,and reduce the power deviation of the two motors in operation by 50%.
