Design of Wire Rope Tension Detection System for Hoisting Machine
Based on the accelerated lifting of hoist ropes and the reduction of continuous high tension operating conditions in the climbing process,a design scheme for hoist rope tension detection system is proposed.Analyzed the main structure of the tension detection system,and tension data acquisition launch,lifting container trip detection and other program design,realizing the real-time detection and recording function of the hoist wire rope tension.
