Application of Coordinated Speed Control System in Working Face Scraper Conveyor
For the Jinbei Coal Mine 405 face back mining found that the coal mining machine and scraper conveyor speed regulation lag,high energy consumption,as well as equipment interlocking control effect is poor and other technical difficulties,through technical research decided to install a set of scraper conveyor and the coal mining machine between the coordinated speed control system to the inverter as the controller,the actual application results show that the system is put into operation by greatly improving the equipment start-up rate.The amount of raw coal reaches 650 t,which has achieved remarkable results.
