Design and Effect Analysis of Automatic Control System of Main Ventilation Fan in a Coal Mine
In order to improve the stability of the mine ventilation system and avoid the instability of the mine ventilation,the design adopts the automatic control system of the main ventilator without stopping the wind inverting machine,which mainly includes the overall system architecture,hardware structure and overall flow chart of the software,and combines with the application of modular design of the control program;the comparative analysis of the system before and after the transformation of the return-airway wind and gas data information,the results show that:the system is able to ensure the stability of the system in the fan inverting,and the fluctuation is less than 10 per cent.The results show that the system can ensure the stability of the system in fan reversing,the fluctuation is less than 10%,avoiding the gas gathering and safety hidden danger in ventilator reversing,and the ventilation system is stable.
