为解决带式输送机低载、空载电能消耗大的问题,提出一种基于机器视觉技术的输送机煤量监测系统,通过线激光双目立体检测技术对一级传送带煤料的体积进行测量,根据体积测量数据对二级带式输送机进行变频调速控制,给出了煤量监测调速系统的硬件选型,同时给出了煤量监测及速度调整软件流程,有效解决了带式输送机空载等现象电能消耗大的问题,为矿井降低电能消耗作出一定贡献.
In order to solve the problem of low load and large power consumption of no-load belt conveyor,a conveyor coal volume monitoring system based on machine vision technology is proposed,which measures the volume of coal material of the first conveyor belt through the line laser binocular stereo detection technology,and carries out the frequency conversion speed control of the second belt conveyor according to the volume measurement data,and the hardware selection of coal volume monitoring and speed adjustment system is given,and the software process of coal volume monitoring and speed adjustment is given,which effectively solves the problem of no-load and other phenomena of power consumption of belt conveyor.Speed adjustment software process,effectively solve the belt conveyor no-load and other phenomena such as the problem of large power consumption,for the mine to reduce power consumption to make a certain contribution.
