煤矿通风远程控制系统设计及应用

基于煤矿传统通风监控系统自动化水平低,无法实现远程对风门进行控制,反风时无法自动启动防爆设备以及对井下局部通风机各类参数无法实时掌控,导致煤矿通风监控效果差、劳动作业强度高等问题,白洞矿通过技术研究,采用了一套以PLC控制技术为核心的通风远程控制系统。分析了该系统结构组成以及工作原理,通过实际应用效果表明,通风远程控制系统自动化水平高,实现了煤矿通风全天候无人值守控制,取得了显著应用成效。
Design and Application of Remote Control System for Coal Mine Ventilation
Based on the low level of automation of the traditional ventilation monitoring system in coal mines,which can't control the dampers remotely,can't start the explosion-proof equipments automatically when the wind is blowing back,and can't control all kinds of parameters of the local ventilator in the underground in real time,which leads to the poor effect of the ventilation monitoring in the coal mines and the high intensity of the labour operation,Baidong Mine adopted a set of PLC remote control system through the technological research,analyzing the structure composition and working principle of the system.Through technical research,Baidong mine adopts a set of ventilation remote control system with PLC control technology as the core,analyses the structural composition and working principle of the system,and shows that the ventilation remote control system has a high level of automation through the actual application,realizes all-weather unattended control of the ventilation of the coal mine,and achieves remarkable application results.
