带式输送机张紧力调节系统研究

为给带式输送机高效、平稳运行创造良好条件,避免张紧力不足或者偏大引起跑偏、撕裂或者磨损严重等问题,提出一种张紧力调节系统。该系统采用张力传感器(TJL-7)实现输送机带张紧力实时检测,并通过温度传感器(HSTL-103F)、电流变送器(MILDJI-V1-B1)等获取输送带运行状态,采用PID控制方式确定张紧力实时值与预设值间偏差,后通过变频器、电机等自动调节张紧力,确保张紧力值与带式输送机现场运行情况相匹配。对张紧力调节系统结构、张紧力调节方式以及关键硬件结构等进行分析,现场应用后该张紧力调节系统运行平稳,可依据现场情况自动调节张紧力,现场应用效果显著。
Research on Belt Conveyor Tension Adjustment System
In order to create good conditions for eficient and smooth operation of belt conveyor,and avoid the problems of deflection,tearing or serious wear caused by insufficient or large tension,a tension adjustment system is proposed.The system adopts tension sensor(TJL-7)to achieve real-time detection of conveyor belt tension,and obtains the conveyor belt running status through temperature sensor(HSTL-103F),current transmitter(MILDJI-V1-B1),etc.,and adopts PID control to determine the deviation between real-time value of tension and preset value,and then automatically adjusts the tension through frequency converter,motor,etc.to ensure that the value of tension is the same as the running condition of the belt conveyor.The tensioning force is automatically adjusted through the frequency converter and motor to ensure that the value of tensioning force matches with the running condition of the belt conveyor on site.The structure of tension adjustment system,tension adjustment mode and key hardware structure are analysed,and the tension adjustment system operates smoothly after field application,and the tension force can be adjusted automatically according to the field conditions,and the field application effect is remarkable.
