为进一步提升煤矿通风机的风量测试精度,以某煤矿圆形风硐的风量测试需求为抓手,对风速法测定风量的原理及存在的问题进行分析;通过大量试验得出有支架和无支架时对应的风速测量误差为4.4%,采用最小二乘法得出风速误差补偿公式;以KV621-02风速传感器和PCI-6225数据采集卡为核心设计风量测试系统,经试验该测试系统可将风速的测量误差降低0.17 m/s,最终风量测试最小相对误差仅为0.12%.
In order to further improve the accuracy of the airflow test of coal mine ventilation fan,taking the demand for airflow testing of a round wind refuge in a coal mine as a starting point,we analyse the principle and problems of airflow measurement by the wind speed method;through a large number of tests,we obtain the corresponding wind speed measurement error of 4.4%when there is a bracket and no bracket,and we use the least square method to obtain the formula for the compensation of the wind speed error;we use the KV621-02 wind speed sensor and the PCI-6225 data acquisition card as the core to design the airflow testing system.After the test,the test system can reduce the measurement error of wind speed by 0.17 m/s,and the minimum relative error of the final wind volume test is only 0.12%.
