摘要

为提升煤矿通风机运行质量,兼顾节能和通风两方面的效果,以变频技术和自动控制技术为核心,从软件和硬件两个角度着手,并兼顾整体与细节,实现符合实际需要的煤矿通风机变频节能监控系统.从现场测试结果来看,该系统不仅能够确保通风效果实时符合要求,而且对于降低运行成本等方面的作用也有着较为优异的表现,因此有望在后续的工作中得到进一步推广应用.

Abstract

In order to improve the operation quality of coal mine ventilator,both energy saving and ventilation effects,the frequency conversion technology and automatic control technology as the core,from the two perspectives of software and hardware,the coal mine ventilator frequency conversion energy saving monitoring system for a more comprehensive design,and after the completion of the design field test.The test results show that the system can effectively reduce energy consumption on the basis of guaranteeing the expected ventilation effect,and also plays a certain role in protecting the motor operation,so it is expected to be further popularized and applied in the subsequent work.
