摘要

从矿用轴流通风机运行现状出发,对运行故障及运行参数展开全面调查,并指出引发叶片断裂的原因主要包括材料和风机长期运行于失速边缘两大类.基于此,从叶片改造和避免风机失速喘振等方面提出改进策略;改进措施实施后,威胁矿用轴流通风机叶片断裂的风险因素基本消除,风机运行重归正常.

Abstract

From the mining axial flow ventilator operation status quo,the operation fault and operation parameters to carry out a comprehensive investigation,and pointed out that the causes of blade fracture mainly include materials and fan long-term operation in the edge of the stall in two categories;based on this,from the blade modification and to avoid the fan stall wheezing and so on to put forward the improvement strategy;after the implementation of the improvement measures,the threat to the mining axial flow ventilator blade fracture of the risk factors are basically eliminated,and after the implementation of the improvement measures,the risk factors threatening the breakage of the blades of the mine axial flow ventilator are basically eliminated,and the operation of the fan returns to normal.
