摘要
电动执行机构在工业自动化生产过程中得到非常广泛的应用,在热电厂锅炉中主要用于控制调节生产运行的介质和设备的关键参数,如压力、温度、流量、液位等.基于此,简述了PS电动执行机构的结构、工作原理和特点,主要对PS电动执行机构在热电厂锅炉中应用时出现的一些问题进行了分析,通过采取相应的处理,并提出了使用中的一些注意事项,取得了很好的应用效果,对锅炉的安全、稳定运行起到了有力的保障作用.
Abstract
Electric actuators have been widely used in industrial automation production process,in the thermal power plant boiler is mainly used to control and regulate the production and operation of the media and key parameters of the equipment,such as:pressure,temperature,flow rate,liquid level and so on.Based on this,a brief description of the structure,working principle and characteristics of PS electric actuators,mainly on the PS electric actuators in the thermal power plant boiler application of some of the problems,was analysed,through the adoption of appropriate treatment,and put forward the use of some of the precautions,achieved good results in the application of the boiler's safe and stable operation plays a strong role in safeguarding.
