摘要

为进一步提升煤矿极近距离煤层的开采效率和安全性,降低煤炭开采成本,以某14号煤层为研究对象,结合相关理论计算公式对液压支架、采煤机以及刮板输送机的核心指标进行核算并完成设备的确定;对所选型的综采设备在现场进行布置并对工程实践应用效果进行评估.

Abstract

In order to further improve the mining efficiency and safety of the very close coal seams and reduce the cost of coal mining,taking the No.14 coal seam of Dajinggou Coal Mine as an example,combined with relevant theoretical formulae,the core indexes of the hydraulic support,the coal mining machine and the scraper conveyor are accounted for and the determination of the equipments is completed;at last,the selected type of the integrated mining equipments are arranged in the site and the effect of the application of the engineering practice is evaluated.
