综采工作面末采期间双回撤通道围岩支护技术研究

以山西某矿3602综采工作面回撤通道支护为研究对象,结合现场条件以及巷道围岩受力环境变化,提出采用锚网索高强支护+高水充填立柱补强支护方式支护围岩,在回撤通道掘进期间顶板采用长锚索、巷帮采用中长锚索进行高强支护,在末采期间充分发挥高水充填立柱抗压强度大、顶板支护范围大等优点,降低动压影响。现场应用后,3602综采工作面末采期间预掘回撤通道围岩始终保持稳定,回撤通道断面可满足采面设备回撤需要。
Research on the Perimeter Rock Support Technology of Double Retraction Channel during the Final Mining Period of Comprehensive Mining Face
Taking the support of 3602 retraction channel as the research object,combined with the site conditions and the changes of the roadway surrounding rock force environment,it is proposed to use the anchor net cable high strength support+high water filling column supplementary support to support the surrounding rock,and use the long anchor cable for the top plate during the retraction channel excavation,and use the middle and long anchor cable for the roadway gang to carry out the high support,and give full play to the advantages of the high water filling column with high compression strength and large scope of the roof support to reduce the dynamic pressure and reduce the dynamic pressure.During the final mining period,it gives full play to the advantages of high compressive strength of high water-filled columns and large range of roof support to reduce the impact of dynamic pressure.After the application on site,the surrounding rock of 3602 comprehensive mining face's pre-excavation retreat channel during the final mining period always remains stable,and the section of the retreat channel can meet the needs of the retreat of mining face equipment.
