巷道锚注支护研究及工程应用

摘要
随煤矿开采不断进行,传统锚杆支护能力逐步减弱,导致巷道稳定性降低.基于此,对巷道锚注支护工艺进行研究,研发出新型组合高强度注浆锚杆与新型高强中空注浆锚索,并以此为基础设计新型巷道锚注支护工艺.在山西某矿开展实际应用并实时监测,结果表明支护效果显著.
Abstract
With the continuous mining,the traditional anchor support capacity gradually weakened,resulting in reduced stability of the roadway.Research on the roadway anchor support process,developed a new combination of high-strength grouting anchor rods and new high-strength hollow grouting anchor cable,and based on this design of new roadway anchor support process.In a mine in Shanxi to carry out practical application and real-time monitoring,the results show that the support effect is remarkable.
