In order to improve the over-advance support effect of the return roadway of the comprehensive mining face,based on the site conditions of the 21503 comprehensive mining face,it is proposed to adopt the monolithic hydraulic support instead of the previous monolithic+metal roof beam support method,and to realise the rapid movement of the monolithic support by means of the monorail crane arranged in the roadway.The technical parameters,arrangement scheme and operation mode of the monocoque support are analysed.After the field application,the monocoque stent can realize the top plate support in the over-advanced support section of the return airway,showing obvious advantages in improving the effect of the top plate management in the over-advanced support section and reducing the labour intensity,etc.,and the field has achieved relatively significant application results.
