掘进巷道应力冒漏区支护技术

基于马脊梁矿2117巷掘进期间受地质构造影响,巷道掘进至315~370 m段多处出现局部冒漏现象,采用传统锚杆(索)、工字钢棚联合支护效果差的问题,通过技术研究,决定对局部冒漏区采取"锚索梯形棚+挡矸支架+人工假顶"联合支护措施.通过实际效果来看,支护优化后大大提高了冒漏区围岩整体稳定性,控制了顶板蠕动变形现象,取得了显著应用成效.
Supporting Technology for Stress Venting Zone of Digging Roadway
Based on the influence of geological structure during the excavation of 2117 roadway in Ma Zhiliang Mine,there are many local leakage phenomena in 315~370 m section of the roadway,and the joint support effect of using traditional anchor rods(ropes)and I-beam sheds is poor,so we decided to optimize the support of local leakage area by adopting the joint support measure of"Anchor trapezoidal shed+gangue blocking bracket+artificial false top"through the technical research.Through the technical research,it is decided to adopt"anchor cable trapezoidal shed+block gang bracket+artificial false roof'joint support measures for the support optimisation of local leakage area.
