Taking the ZDY-120 drilling rig as the research object,we introduce the improvement programme for the construction of pressure relief holes by combining the drilling performance of the drill bit under different working conditions.In the specific research,it is necessary to construct a simulation model of ZDY-120 drill bit drilling,and implement simulation analysis according to the model to obtain the drilling performance of the drill bit under different working conditions.Taking 2302S coal mining face of a coal mine as a case study,based on the problems in the application of the pressure relief hole construction scheme,the improvement scheme of the pressure relief hole construction of the drilling rig is introduced.Finally,the improvement scheme is applied in engineering practice,and it is confirmed that the improvement scheme has strong feasibility.
